USAICoE SOE
The United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence Special Operations Element (USAICoE SOE) is a team located on Fort Huchuca, AZ comprised of diverse backgrounds with a vast amount of operational knowledge across the full spectrum of Army Special Operations Forces.

The USAICoE SOE is a staff forward element on behalf of the Special Operations Center of Excelence Commanding General; serving as the Special Operations Forces advisor element to the USAICoE CG.
USAICoE SOE Mission Statement
The United States Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE), Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF) Special Operations Element (SOE) facilitates collaboration, integration, interoperability, and interdependence of ARSOF within USAICoE in the DOTMLPF domain areas; with an emphasis on Leader Development and Education, Doctrine, and Training. Serves as ICoE CG’s resident Special Operations SME. Facilitates SOF review of Joint and Army Doctrine, SOF participation in USAICoE leader development, education, training, futures and concepts development, and experimentation forums.
The USAICoE SOE is also Fort Huachuca's resident ARSOF PME instructor/ARSOF discussion facilitator, please contact the USAICoE SOE for scheduling.
